Early Intervention
Early intervention increases the developmental and educational gains for the child, improves the functioning of the family, and reaps long-term benefits for society. We understand how crucial early intervention is and offer the following top-quality programs.
Leaps and Bounds
Leaps and Bounds is a center-based early intervention program that combines educational and therapeutic approaches to nurture children’s overall growth and development in preparation for preschool and community-based programs.
- Sensory and language-enriched therapy program designed for children ages 18 months to three years who have been identified with developmental delays
- Includes a social language-cognition group led by an early intervention teacher and group occupational, physical, and speech therapies
- Offers four developmental centers: sensory-motor, cognition, gross motor, and language/oral motor to provide opportunities for children to practice what they are learning in their group therapies
- Children participate in exploratory play based on the philosophy of Floortime with opportunities for circle, snack, and share times
